Responsibilities:
Configuration, administration and support of Atlassian products
Participation in projects for building systems based on Atlassian products
Development of additional functionality for Atlassian products: Script Runner scripts, automations
Migration tasks for Atlassian products
Customer consultations on the operation of the systems
Oral and written communication with foreign customers
We expect from you:
Spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level and above)
6+ months of experience in configuring, supporting and developing Atlassian products
The following qualities: responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, competent oral and written speech, sociability
Understanding of development/testing/implementation/support processes
The following is welcome:
Experience of working with Atlassian products will be an advantage
Experience related to oral communication with English-speaking customers will be an advantage
