Job Identification
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Aktobe.
What We Expect:
Participate in the launch of a manufacturing plant from scratch
Perform commissioning and start-up activities for production equipment
Configure, launch, and optimize automated production lines
Work with high-voltage equipment (1000V and above)
Operate and maintain transformer substations
Work with automation systems (SCADA/PLC), software, and electronic components
Implement and support continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during construction and plant start-up phases
Ensure stable operation of production lines and minimize downtime
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in an international manufacturing industries (FMCG, tobacco, beverage, packaging, or similar)
Hands-on experience in electronics, automation systems, and commissioning
Proven experience in plant construction and start-up projects from scratch
Strong knowledge of automated systems, production lines, and industrial software
English — Advanced level
