Duties:
Must be friendly and respectful to the guests;
Thoroughly know the menu and wine list;
Know and accurately follow all rules of serving;
Know and follow safety rules;
Provide service to restaurant guests in accordance with Hilton standards;
Provide service during conferences and banquets.
Requirement:
1-3 years of experience would be preferred;
Communication skills;
Knowledge of English is desirable;
Responsibility and discipline;
Developed visual memory;
The ability to distribute attention;
Physical endurance.
