Responsibilities:
Developing and executing the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Overseeing IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
Managing IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Leading IT projects, including system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensuring data security, compliance, and business continuity.
Supervising and developing the IT team.
Collaborating with other departments to provide effective tech solution.
Requirements:
8–10 years experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong breadth across infrastructure (Windows Server/AD, networking, virtualization, storage), cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure), (1C), security, and ITSM.
Proven project delivery and vendor/SLA management; excellent communication in English and Russian.
Conditions:
Work schedule 5/2 from 8 am to 5 pm
