We're looking for a "Deputy Team Leader" for our Kazakhstan operation
Operative management and optimization of the sales and process flow in cash register area within shops in line with Customs Regulations, Company Regulations, and the Quality Management System.
Responsibility
Provide quality service to ensure continuous customer satisfaction
Channels the optimal performance of Cashier and Payment Consultants according to cash register targets. Directs and Direct and supervises Cashier and Payment Consultants, offering support when needed
Oversees transactions at all cash registers
Promptly address and resolve customer complaints at the cash register point, prioritizing customer satisfaction principles.
