Finance Business Partner
Supports commercial and operational teams with financial analysis, planning, and strategic decision-making to achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Monitor sales, margins, EBITDA, and KPIs
Support pricing, promotions, and profitability improvement
Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
Prepare management reporting and business insights
Identify financial risks and optimization opportunities
Ensure compliance with financial controls and policies
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
FMCG/retail/OTC healthcare experience preferred
Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Fluent English
