Our client, an international company, is looking for a Marketing Specialist (BTL & Events).
Plan and execute BTL, PR, and event marketing activities.
Organize and coordinate:
National conferences and dealer meetings;
Local and international media and customer events;
Test-drive and experiential marketing activities;
Sponsorship projects and brand activations;
CSR initiatives and community engagement projects.
Manage projects from planning to execution, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and reporting.
Prepare creative briefs for agencies, designers, and other vendors.
Coordinate and supervise external agencies and suppliers.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL, Event Marketing, PR, or related marketing roles.
Strong experience in organizing large-scale events, conferences, dealer meetings, media events, and brand activations
Experience working with event, creative, and PR agencies.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience preparing briefs and coordinating vendors.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, Russian, and Kazakh.
Copywriting skills are an advantage.
