Efficiently manage and optimize sales operations and processes in line with Customs Regulations, Company Regulations, and policies.
Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and improve sales process efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and business performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in related role in retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of customs regulations and sales processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English is required.
