Planning and Analysis for EURASIA
ROLE OVERVIEW: Aligned with the Finance Reinvention philosophy that emphasizes value creation and innovative business partnering through digitization and streamlined financial operations, this role is crucial in delivering both the long-term strategy and short-term KPIs for the Baltics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic review processes.
Develop tools for SOP, MBR, and brand analysis to enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure corporate strategic guidelines for planning and control are implemented.
Serve as a key Finance Business Partner to the Commercial and Marketing departments, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, supporting business growth and goal achievement.
Drive projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and distribution.
Lead or participate in both global and local projects, and handle ad-hoc requests in alignment with Company's values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong skills in financial analysis and planning, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Open AI being essential.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles; previous experience in the FMCG industry or Big4 (level S3) is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in verbal and written business English.
