Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of Reporting and Budgeting Supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and other regulatory requirements related to the Company’s financial and business activities.
Strong analytical skills.
Good knowledge of IFRS combined with the ability to research and develop company positions on complex accounting issues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and complexity.
Fluency in English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Strong communication skills
Main responsibilities:
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Analyze monthly financial results, including interpretation of current-month performance.
Liaise with external auditors on financial reporting and accounting matters.
Perform financial analyses and valuation modeling to support new product development initiatives and other business projects.
Provide ongoing financial analysis support to Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.
Research and recommend company positions on complex accounting issues in compliance with IFRS requirements.
Assist in coordinating and administering the Company’s annual audit and quarterly review processes.
Support the preparation of the strategic business plan.
Assist in monthly reporting and analysis of budget performance and budget execution
